Best Service - HR Manager
LLC Best Service is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position HR Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Update current and design new recruiting procedure
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs·
- Update on boarding program and lead the process
- Lead different HR projects
- Prepare HR Paperwork(Orders, regulations, etc.)
- Record vacations, business trips, incapacity days
- Survey the need for personnel development
- Develop and maintain HR policy and procedures, as needed
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Personal Skills required:
- Goal oriented
- Team player
- Higher Education
- Minimum 2 Years of working experience on position of HR manager, HR specialist, Recruiter
- Knowledge of English language fluently.
