F-CHAIN CORPORATION - Business Support Service Center Specialist

Company-partner of Philip Morris Georgia is looking for full-time Business Support Service Center Specialist (contracted) who aspires to apply her/his professional experience and creative capacity in support of company mission and activities.

 

Position purpose:

This position is responsible for customer care and development of company clients, coordination of tasks distribution and remote control of their performance, close cooperation with company field force in order to ensure sustainable business growth.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Provide customer care (including education) via phone and online
  • Provide customer support via hot-line
  • Ensure execution of Territory Media Plan
  • Coordinate Task Management (Send/Receive/Approve/Reward)
  • Cooperate closely with company Field Force
  • Fulfill performance reporting

 

Education requirements:

  • Higher education
  • University degree in Business or relative field is an advantage

 

Professional requirements:

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in local/international company on the position responsible for customer care/business support
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience in specialized programs for Call Center is an advantage
  • Training certificates for Selling Skills and Call Center Duties is an advantage

 

Language requirements:

  • Georgian (required)
  • English (spoken) required
  • Russian (spoken) required
